An international call is made by dialing 011 + country code + city + phone number. To reach an international operator, dial 00. (This will give you a Sprint International Operator.) Using the operator to place a call will incur higher charges per minute for the call’s duration. Calling cellular phones internationally will incur surcharges that are added per minute to your per-minute rate.
